This inspection is a limited inspection that focuses on major systems of the home. It will maximize your house’s market value and ensure a pre-purchase inspection goes as smoothly as possible. I want to help you make sure that your home is in great condition and ready to sell!
While most types of mold aren’t toxic, they can still cause health problems if they aren’t taken care of. When you schedule a mold inspection, I use air samples and tape lifts to perform mold tests.
Radon has no smell, taste, or color, but contributes to the development of lung cancer. I will use a certified machine to perform a 48 hour test to measure the radon levels in your home.
Termites can go unnoticed until they cause catastrophic damage to your home. While I don’t perform termite inspections myself, I can schedule a termite inspection with my subcontractor.

My father owned a construction company in Berlin Md. Most of my childhood was spent on job sites and as I got older I started helping out on jobs as well as taking scrap lumber home to build my own little projects.
After becoming a mom, I decided to start my own business and follow along in a similar industry as my dad, Bright Image Inspections was born. I am passionate about customer service and enjoy the teaching that comes with helping people understand their home and home inspection.
I stay active in the community and love to run 5ks and half marathons for a number of causes.
I am not only a licensed home inspector, I have also completed additional training to become a CPI certified professional inspector. I continue to learn and stay dedicated to providing an outstanding and detailed inspection.
